We charge a flat fee percentage and that covers everything! There are no additional or hidden charges for set-up, appraisals, employees, etc. We are here for you, let us do the work! No need to organize, display, or especially throw out any items you deem as not valuable. Many times, items that people overlook or consider worthless actually turn out to be the most valuable!

Free initial consolation (walk through) - We provide a complimentary walk-through of your property to discuss the potential benefits of hosting an estate sale. During this consultation, we assess the contents of the home, considering both quantity and value, to ensure a successful sale. If the inventory is insufficient, we present alternative solutions tailored to your needs. 

Set-Up - We stage and display the contents of your home to facilitate a clean and seamless buying experience. Our team brings in the necessary tools, such as additional tables and display cases for valuables, to ensure that the sale presentation is superb. Our pricing is determined by fair and up-to-date market value assessments. 

Marketing - We employ a diverse range of marketing channels to attract a continuous stream of buyers to our estate sales. This includes promotion through estate sale directories, strategically placed street signs, social media, and more.

Staff - We prioritize staffing levels to guarantee attentive assistance for both you and our shoppers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the sale. Our team is characterized by hard work, professionalism, and collaboration. 

Post Sale - After the sale concludes, we will promptly reach out to discuss the outcome, including payment details. We'll also address any items that didn't sell and explore further solutions to declutter your home, ensuring a comprehensive and satisfactory experience.
